These guys worked their butts off very educational and very, very nice

The dryer was a very tight fit and the guys did a great job installing it. I never heard the least bit of a complaint. I wish we had the same guys for all our installs!

They took good care of my wood floor and put down pads to make sure there were no issues. They even inspected for damage before they brought the unit into the house, even for minor damage,

The second installed who came to install the dryer was great. He had to come as the first crew who showed up came up with an excuse that they were not licensed to install the dryer. When I called Best Buy they stated that they were supposed to get the job done which they didn't. They sent a new person the next day and he did a great job, He was very professional

The delivery guy Justin did a good job however he was not taught the difference in dryers. The person who sold me the installation kit did not know that my dryer didn't need a steam install kit. They did refund my money with no problem. I also had to pay for a separate service for the delivery guy to switch the doors. Not cool!

Best Buy guys did great job installing my new washer and dryer. Also gave me a short demonstration how to use them. Plus they were fast and cleaned up their mess.

Fast install and friendly service representatives. Cleaned up after themselves and I didn't have to do a thing. Yay!

These two guys were prompt and in and out in 15 minutes. I had my new dryer in place up and running with my old stuff gone. Guys were knowledgeable and great to talk with on options

The installers worked very fast. I had to interrupt their speed to request they allow me time to sweep what was left when they removed the old washer and dryer as they were about to just put the new ones in on top of the dirty floor. If they had taken the time to change the door opening, it would have been so much more convenient. I didn't think of it at the time.

purchased along with the accompanying LG washer the dryer accommodates a side vent which we required --- unfortunately, unknown to us a special vent is required and a separate install is needed to allow the proper back panel removal to complete the installation in the interim, our BestBuy delivery/install crew were very kind by accomodating a safe temporary back vent AND we received further management assistance to assure all will be resolved (gotta say: most impressed!)

Gosh where do I begin? The installers were positively AMAZEBALLS! They not only installed the dryer but helped me fineagle everything (Small laundry closet) so that everything reasonably fit. They were helpful, nice, understanding, and professional. I can't compliment them enough, and I hope they have long and successful careers.
