That's not always the case as they use contractors and not employees so there is no real accountability in the event you have a problem. If you do have an issue don't send the product back or if you do make sure you see the delivery slip because in the past I had one of the delivery people say they delivered it and remember he made sure I didn't see the delivery slip.

Best Service Around "The Awesome GEEK Squag"

These dedicated workers took their time installing my new machines, they ensured all worked well and removed the old equipment and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you BestBuy for not only providing awesome merchandise, but also providing the very best customer service and having remarkable employees. Thank you GEEK Squad, you truly are the best!!
