Best Buy technician was professional and took the needed time to complete an excellent installation.

Not much clearance for the duct where our dryer sits, but things were sent up carefully and intelligently...

Our drivers/installers were great! They waited patiently while the landlord and I removed part of the door trim as the unit would not quite fit in the room where we were installing it. They did not want us to damage the door or the new units and I appreciated that. I highly recommend them. They also were very careful about removing the old unit and somehow they had NO trouble getting my old stackable out in one piece when it took me and three guys to bring it up the stairs when we moved in...and we had to take it apart to get it in!!! These two guys were great! This review is the same for the washer and dryer that I purchased.

The dryer very nice. Only issue I had was installation took a month to have it done.

The installers were professional, polite, Knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful.

FIXED A POOR INSTALATION-IT IS NOT CLEAN AND LOOKS MUCH BETTER-

No complaints. All parts were available and installed properly.

The installers and I were all perplexed when the dryer plug could not be inserted into the outlet at my brand new home. So they did as much as possible under the circumstances - even staying a while longer to explain more fully what was causing the problem. Fortunately, our local maintenance man was able to exchange the plug for one that worked! So I was able to use my lovely new dryer with no difficulties at all.

The guys showed up to install and remove my old dryer. They were punctual and professional. They did a great job.

I had a dryer delivered but the first serviceman thought that the dryer was "too wide" for the extremely small niche in my apartment. I measured the spot several times after he left and went back to Best Buy and measured dryers. I had to reorder the same one but the department manager was very helpful in getting it reordered and delivered promptly. The little hick up brought down the rating but the second delivery man was fast, friendly and got the dryer all hooked up with no problems.

Installation proceeded quickly. Gave me time to clean the floor under the old appliances before installing the new ones--how often do you get to clean there?

Bought washer and dryer. This is an excellent product and best buy installation helped it wonderfully.

Bought a dryer with a connection for steam wrinkle control. They did not connect that part and simply left it in the garage without saying a word about it.

Our service technicians arrived for our appointment promptly as scheduled. They removed our old dryer, cleaned out the space under it, resolved the problem by having the correct vent kit on their truck to replace the incorrect one we had been advised to purchase in the store, and managed to squeeze our wider new dryer in through our barely wide enough door with no damage done to either our door or their fingers. We were very pleased with the professionalism displayed by our technicians. They did an excellent job with our dryer installation!

The two gentlemen that came to install my Washer and Dryer were extremely quick and professional. They too extra precaution when bringing in the appliances and taking out the old. I kept my old dryer and they were kind and helpful to place it in my garage. Took less than 30 mins and they were early. I would give them both 5 stars each for their service.
