Had to be on top of these guys. They were professional and cleaned up however its in the details. The washing machine was not 100% level. I had to point this out and don't fell that I as the customer should have to tell them that something so obvious is wrong. They also left off 2 of the straps for the dryer vent. I had to move the machine and attach myself after it fell off when they left/

The crew came on time even calling before they arrived, and did a very good job with the installation. They cleaned up when they were done and everything works perfectly.

The installation of my Dryer was very professionally done. The guys were here on time, they were quick getting the hardware installed, and they removed the old unit in no time.

Ivory and Stanford showed up on time, were courteous, and installed our washer and electric dryer quickly, and accurately.

They were on time, worked in the blistering heat and hooked up the dryer in like 15 minutes, then showed me how to use it. Very professional and fast service.

I don't trust Best Buy anymore with large appliance installations because my first experience was a nightmare (they left trash all over the driveway and street, tromped through the house with wet shoes without covering their feet, dented the purchased new products, did not install them correctly to line up in the laundry room, crushed the vent, did not level the washer or dryer so they bounced and moved across the floor when in use, and refused to install both pedestals because they insisted it wouldn't fit but didn't have anything to measure the space with...and when it was obvious that it DID fit based on installation of the one pedestal under one of the units in the space, they said they were tired and another team could come out to install the second pedestal because it would be too much of a pain to do it now.) Best buy stated that this was a 3rd party crew, apologized, and did make it right...but it took nearly 4 months and literally hours of my life from date of purchase before everything was actually installed correctly. Second crew did a great job and were professional.

I thought I would be intimidated by the buttons, lights, etc. To my surprise the dryer is very easy to use. So efficient.

The guys who installed our dryer did so in a prompt manor and did a very good job. They made sure everything worked well and that'd we have no issues. Overall very good experience.

Guys did a good job of attaching my dryer vent hose. Showed up on time and were very courteous.

The installers made sure the dryer was the proper distance from the wall. They came in first to see the place it would be installed. Made sure I was happy before leaving.

On time, no dents scratches or scrapes to my dryer. Men were polite. They returned a part i didn’t need and told me to call 1800bestbuy to get credit although i asked for the part so i could return it myself. That didn’t work out so well since 3 phone calls over two days, an email saying my credit card was credited, and 3 weeks later i still wasn’t credited.

Washer and dryer installed appropriately. Took little time to do but expert is always expert.

Installers were top notch. Notified in advance and stayed on schedule. Efficiently and safely removed a faulty appliance for a new one and tested new one. Apologized for my inconvenience. Were polite, had clean shoes and made the appliance swap easily. Very easy process and good result. Really appreciate their extra care. Thank you.

These guys did a great job! They brought the dryer to the 2nd floor without damaging anything or complaining. The installation was quick! Just perfect!

If this review is for the gentlemen who installed my dryer, than I am more than happy to tell the truth here. This crew was the absolute BEST installation crew I have ever had. This includes for any appliance from any retailer. They were courteous, follow COVID protocols, very detailed oriented during the install. They explained how the dryer worked and did the initial test to ensure the connection was correct. I think these guys not only had a job, they had a job they loved!!!!

I know some people get bad installs but I have to say the two gentlemen who deliver my washer and dryer did a great. They were quick, polite and very professional.

Received a call when dryer would be delivered. Arrived, installed quickly and works great. The workers were friendly and explained the new options on dryer.
