Very professional and great service!

The initial install was remarkable only in that the dryer was defective. Best Buy replaced it the same week and I was very grateful for the customer support.

They arrived on time and went straight to work. We're on the 3rd floor in a condo building and our units needed to come up on the elevator and to be stacked because we have a small W/D nook. They uncrated and assembled the stacked unit in the outside hallway and after moving out the old stacked units quickly carried in and connected the new units. Very professional and no-nonsense in their approach. The hallway was spotless when they left. Definitely recommend the crew we had!
