They were very polite and nice but was in too much of a hurry. They had their own personnel delay problems with a late start from the store and many more deliveries/installs before the end of the day!

Efficient, but needed some more help

Good job in connecting new vent pipe BUT they did not test the outflow. It turned out we had a complete blockage/clog of old lint that we had to figure out ourselves and clean out. Even giving us instructions n what to do would have been helpful.
