Worth the cost!

Even as a DIYer myself, it just made the whole process so much easier. They deliver, unbox, install, and test your appliance to make sure everything is working. They even haul away your old appliance and all the packing material. Very satisfied.

Dryer is awesome

Exceptional installation!

They were meticulous in setting up my electric dryer and making the appropriate connections, including the dryer vent. They were attentive to even the small details that made the installation neater. They were polite and seemed to take pride in their work. I will definitely purchase large appliances in the future from BestBuy based on this delivery experience.

Why pay for improper installation ?

Rushed, not using/needing all purchased parts. Leaned dryer against washer making appearance of level. When I properly spaced legs desperately need leveling. Myself handicapped and unable to do this by myself. All heating appliances need 1" minimum clearance as specified by all manufacturers to ensure proper ventilation. No response from Best Buy. They have their money so don't care.. consumers beware. Rocking dryer is not good in any way.
