they connected the power cord, connected the vent from the dryer to the wall. started the dryer in several cycles everything worked fine.

Great job guys! Really friendly, respectful and fast with the setup. Recommended I did not need to use the ducting kit and said they would get a refund for me. Unfortunately a week later I still had not seen any credit on my account and had to go in & ask for it: it was done, no fuss and I had to go in anyway so no sweat. Really worthwhile to get some guys to hoik the old one up the staircase to get it out the house! Thank you guys!

Good service from the technician, friendly, respectful, punctual, he explained how the equipment operates, he asked me if I had questions, and he clarified my doubts, from that moment on, my dryer has worked excellent. I recommend them.

I had to wait 1 month to get my washing machine delivery date. They gave me a 4 hour window and then totally missed that time frame. I had to call my sales rep at Best Buy to find out if the install team was really going to come on the scheduled time. Ends up they were late - really late. I mean . . . you have a 4 hour window. You would think that they could get it in that time slot. Obviously they were overbooked or lazy. Either way, it's their problem to solve not mine, and I was not happy that I had to go on a hunt for them and to updated on the status. Was told they would call me 2 hours before they arrived. They called 10 minutes before they arrived. They install team worked quickly but rather haphazardly. They did not put any protective drapes or covers on my doors, floors, etc. If they had hit or scraped places during the install, I would have had a damaged home :| Everyone else that has come out to install things like my refrigerator, furniture, etc. has taken care to ensure that my home is not damaged while they work. I must admit I was nervous the whole time they were here. I would not want this install team back again.

This was my first washer dryer purchase. The one I had before was a 1 piece connected set. I was a little worried about if this dryer will be able to fit on top of the washer without issue. The drivers stacked this dryer on top of the washer before they put it in my laundry area. I was definitely even more worried, but they screwed it together, put on this hook harness thing and lifted it to the room. Excellent install. I have never seen an install like that before!

The movers were quick, nice and installed everything for us. It's been a year a so far no issues.

Dryer was far better than the washer, but the fitting of the dryer on the pedestal is ugly. A large metal bracket is installed at the rear of the dryer to secure it to the pedestal and leaves the dryer about 4" smaller than the pedestal. It's ugly and looks like a bodged up fitting. Sent the dryer back and ordered another brand.
