I not please with the GE washer. I'm haven't some problem. The support groups were very kind to me especially Alexander. The delivery were understood and kind but the machine is driving me crazy.

Installation was done very well. No issues so far.

I purchased a new washer and dryer. The sales person advised these were needed for the new install. I'm not sure if the old parts would have worked or not but I didn't want them to come to deliver and install the new items and not be able to because I didn't have the new parts.

The Best Buy installers called before they arrived. They had everything need to complete my clothes dryer and dryer pedestal installation. They worked quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them - especially for the installation of large, heavy appliances such as dryers. Don't forget to tip your installer team - given the heavy lifting they perform, they deserve something extra.

The guys did a great job installing, explaining the functionality of the machine and answering my additional questions. I am truly satisfied with the service they provided.

Easy to installed and worked well and easy to maintain

The man who delivered and installed my new washing machine and dryer was great. There's an awkward turn at the bottom of the steps leading to the laundry room and he navigated with zero damage (compared to moving company who later took two chunks out of the wall). The installation was done in no time and he went through the settings and made suggestions for keeping the washer running efficiently and avoiding getting a musty smell.

These gentlemen really were professional and knew what they were doing. They took extra time to make sure everything was ok and even found a very small dent ( on the back of the washer) and brought it to my husband’s attention. My last delivery from Cosco was an absolute nightmare. Took 3 weeks to make a return. I will always consider Best Buy first from now on. Thank these guys for me. I do not have their names.

Whenever you purchase an appliance that's over a certain amount of money the installation comes free. The installation was fast and efficient

The team best buy sent was great. They sent Jared and Bryan to the installation after the first team bailed on me (and didn't do any installation - basically they couldn't wait to leave). The duo was great and did basic installation as the side installation would have been very tricky based on the space available. They were patient and spent quite a bit of time maneuvering the tricky vent. Finally, these guys successfully installed both the dryer and washer.
