Good job fast and good time , we r happy to use now

Great customer service! However, the venting tube could have been cut a little shorter so that the dryer could be pushed closer to the wall!

Spent about $2k on the GE Profile Washer Dryer Stack on 7/3 with a delivery/install date of 7/7. They showed up on 7/7 without the mounting kit and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/12. They did not call or show up on 7/12, so I drove about 15mi to the Dewitt, NY store and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/17. On 7/17 they again showed up without the mounting kit but left the washer & dryer units and said they would return by the end of the day with the mounting kit and install the units. They never showed up, so I had to drive back to the store, pick up the mounting kit and went home to install them myself. Complete incompetence all around and a huge waste of my time, avoid Best Buy for appliances at all costs if you value your time!

Wow! On-time. Under 30 minutes start to finish. Tested and works perfectly. Professional, courteous, good communication, and removed old appliances. They even cleaned the floor prior o installation of new dryer. I'm very pleased...oh, and the dryer is great too!

Delivery drivers were very good at giving a better estimated time the day before & calling when on the way. They also started the new dryer after install and quickly found our first dryer had a motor problem. They immediately set a new delivery date and ordered a replacement dryer for us; no work on our end other than having to block time for another delivery. They tested the second dryer as well.
