They were great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, knew the process thoroughly and helped educate us about the equipment. Couldn’t have a better experience. These two are keepers. Wonderful experience

After giving it a few minutes to sit, they tried again, and when it was still making the sound when they were ready to leave, they made the decision to take it back and get a new one ordered for me pronto. This was a great experience that could have been very frustrating but the delivery guys were the best and helped to make it less frustrating!

They were tired and overworked. In their defense, They had over 30 deliveries for the day. They did the install although they did not do the steam adapter as ordered. I need to call back to get it done. A little resistance when asked to reverse dryer door but they did that too
