The installation crew was prompt and courteous. Never will purchase a large appliance again without picking this up as well!!!

Installation crew arrived on time and installed washer and dryer quickly while wearing masks.

This was a snap for them and I had a very limited area of use for this particular installation. When I purchased the dryer, I was very specific about the amount of space I had available and Best Buy worked with me on what I can have and it is was perfect. The installation team set it up just as I explained it and everything fit perfectly, as it looks uniform with the washer. To be honest, I really was not worried about the aesthetics, as mush as just making sure it could fit alongside the washer, but the the team made it look awesome!

The two men were very professional . Removed old dryer and quickly set up new dryer. I will have anything else I buy set up from their men.

The delivery team taped my dryer vent to the wall. The new metal tube was clamped on. The next week a new dryer was installed. My clamping the vent line to the new dryer. The delivery team was her for a few ministers. Quick, easy, delivery, install-in and out.

Our new home required advance purchase with delivery at alater date. Best Buy was excellent with the arranged delivery. A time block was provided for the install, we were told what to expect prior to their arrival. The install team of team worked efficiently to unpack and move our appliances three flights of stairs to the laundry room. The setup was completed in a professional manner, with user instructions and some quick pointers provided by the install crew. We would like to extend a big thank you to them for making this happen.

Everything about the install went perfectly. From being able to set it up online, all the updates was excellent, and the 2 people who came to install & take away the old dryer did a wonderful job. We would use Best Buy again.

Best Buy had some timing issues (showed up a little late which is only vexing because they had a 5 hour delivery timeframe), but once the guys got here they went to work and quickly had everything up and running. Additionally, they ran a cycle on both to make sure everything was just how it needed to be.
