I always recommend buying appliances from BestBuy and have them deliver and install. All of my major appliances and large electronics have been delivered, installed and setup by BestBuy. They stand behind there work and products.

Great dryer. I just wish the venting connection in the back was flexible and wasn’t so big. Because of how bulky it is I’m unable to fit my dryer in it’s place properly otherwise it’ll crack. Overall, the installation process was quick and easy for the delivery guys.

Installation was quick. Guys had the machine set up in about 10 minutes.

They came out and carefully installed the dryer and made absolutely sure it was set up properly in a timely and secure manner.

The installers did a great job installing a dryer with a difficult venting arrangement. Very professional and left no mess.

Due to design of laundry room, the tech had to reverse the swing of the dryer door. He’d done this before and this makes swapping laundry from washer to dryer more efficient.

Both washer and dryer are great! Space saving and efficient.

When the dial was turned to "energy efficient" the dial never turned and the dryer never went off. It was within the 15 day window so we called for a replacement. They set a date, removed the 'faulty' dryer and replaced it with a new one. The two that delivered and installed it the first time were also the ones that replaced and installed the new one. Easy, fast, efficient and nice guys.

Overall, this product works great. However, GEEK SQUAD (Guys #1) service was horrible! I purchased this product 12/3/2020 to be installed 1/16/21. The installers showed up 1/16/21 and told me it couldn't be installed where the hook up was. As I was already having the stress of moving I wasn't in the mood to argue and just had GEEK SQUAD (Guys #1) take it back and I would reschedule. They called around 5PM and I rescheduled for 1/30/21 and the same guys showed up. The one installer was nice the other was extremely rude and blocked my neighbors car in and when asked to move the truck he moved the truck with MY DRYER on the back of it. Thankfully it didn't fall. As they installed the washer correctly I was happy. They told me they COULDN'T use the stacking kit so they were wanting to stack the dryer on top of the washer with no stacking kit. So they took the stacking kit back. The dryer could not be hooked up and had to be sent a replacement. They informed me that my 240 outlet was out. However, it was not out they had the dryer wired incorrectly. When they plugged it in it blew the outlet. They never took down my dryer I had to take it down myself so my maintenance could fix the outlet. I called and ask for new people to install my new dryer on 2/13/2021. On 2/13/2021 GEEK GUYS (GUYS #2) showed up with the new dryer and they asked where our stacking kit was I explained the other guys took it back. They asked why. I told them the reasoning and had my partner go get another one while the guys contacted their supervisor as they explained to me they could not install without a stacking kit. We had a snow storm coming in and they told me I could probably get it installed 2/15/21 but I asked if they had time could they swing back by and install. They said they would try. I was able to do it on my own with help from my partner. After they spoke with their supervisor and told him our difficulties installing he did contact me and sent me a $50 gift card. That is all I received and an apology. I am not sure I will ever use their service again. This was over a 2.5 month process as if moving isn't stressful enough. But if it was based on the second guys (guys #2) the rating would be much higher.

Had an issue with the dryer vent being too long which caused my dryer to sit out too far where I couldn't put on my folding doors. The installers said this product only comes in one size and they wouldn't cut it so the dryer would sit back further. I had to go to Home Depot, buy a shorter dryer vent, install it then return the one they installed.

They did an amazing job. Came in quick n set everything up with no issues
