I think the pictures speak clearly for themselves for the installation. I now have to go buy a flexible metal duct with clamps and hook it up myself.

It flooded my whole basement and it broke right away they didn’t reimburst me for any damages Best Buy & each time they were late for set up & it made my daughter late for work

Poorly trained personel damaged our washing machine

There was nothing professional about the installment of the kit vent by the delivery team. They twisted the kit and prevented the airflow. Best Buy is yet to address this issue...

Installation very poor and stolen my hose for the steam dry option

Installers should be careful while installing, they started to hit the door, as if magically the drier will fit.

The delivery crew complained that they had to bring upstairs. In doing so they dented and scratched the washer and dryer.

Should be zero stars.. had to redo myself and I tipped them $40 each. Thanks for nothing

Bought a brand new samsung dryer from best buy and the dryer lint trap was full of lint.

The guys that came out to install my dryer were fast and punctual. They did an amazing job!

I didnt like how he installed the dryer vent. I rnded up having to move the dryer and redo it bc the guy had it flip the wrong way. And He put the washer and dryer in where the doors opened opposite of each other. So i had to move them around myself so i could ipen both doors and easily move clothes out of washer and into dryer.

The install was quick and easy. They guys that worked on it were very professional. They did their job and made sure everything worked and answered our questions.

The Best Buy time that delivered my dryer was amazing. We had snow in the forecast the day of the delivery so I was worried it would be delayed. This dryer was an amazing steal deal as well! Nice and spacious enough to fit a king sized bedding as well! I was astonished at how quiet the dryer runs alot quieter than the nice fancy one we had last very pleased with the product. And the installation set up crew were very fast and nice!

Love it, the gentleman who installed it where fast, reliable and did it so quick my breakfast didn't even get cold. They had in, connected (And those dryer vent hose are a real pain in the neck for the average person to install) and running in short order.
