Washer and dryer big mistake

Very nice guys who came to install dryer.

Amazing Delivery and Install!

They are always on time, quick, and efficient. I’ve had several issues with other retailers cancelling my delivery the day of delivery. I’ve never had this issue with Best Buy and I’ve ordered a fridge and microwave from them.

Dryer Installation

I was charged for a dryer kit that was never used and had to go to Home Depot to get the correct vent hose length. I will never again purchase an appliance without measuring everything and/or photograph the area so that the correct materials are delivered during installation.

They did that okay but they had no information on its operation and could/did not offer any guidance.
