Great experience! Big enough ! Quiet and easy to use !

We’re thrilled with our new dryer from Best Buy! It works perfectly, dries clothes quickly, and has great features that make laundry so much easier. However, our original dryer arrived with a dent, and it took nearly 1.5 weeks to get a replacement installed. Being without a dryer for that long was inconvenient, but once the new one arrived, Best Buy’s installation team was fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. Despite the delay, we’re very happy with the dryer and the quality of the final installation.

The dryer installation was quick and hassle-free! The team arrived on time, hooked everything up perfectly, and double-checked that it was running smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend their service!

The three men that installed my washer and dryer set did a phenomenal job. They were quick, efficient, respectful. They did not scratch up the walls while carrying the washer and dryer set. I am very pleased and impressed

FINALLY we got people who knew what they were doing and were willing to spend the time to do it! This was the fourth time Best Buy had sent people to re-install our washer/dryer and the first time that the mission was accomplished. Until today this had been a nightmare. But Peter and his helper were excellent. They did the job, they tested it to be sure it was right and they cleaned up after themselves.

The install guys are fantastic. They hooked up everything properly on my new dryer and made sure it worked as it was supposed to. While unloading, they also noticed a very very minor ding on the bottom backside corner of the dryer, basically impossible to notice, and were honest about it and were even able to get me a $100 Best Buy gift card for this super minor imperfection (I received it in the mail within a week). The install guys also carefully and efficiently removed the old dryer. They were very courteous, professional, and I would highly recommend them for any upcoming installs.

The overall setup was just ok I’m just not use to a well known company like Bestbuy not to show you a general run through on how a appliance performs they just install it and leave I’ve purchased from other companies and they show you how to work your new item. Plus this was my 2nd dryer from Bestbuy the 1st installment water was getting inside of my dryer so they had to replace it so I’m thinking the dryer was faulty, the delivery guy told us there was prolly a leak on the roof that was causing the water in the dryer well my other dryer was not doing that my exact words to him he said well it has been raining a lot in Houston still didn’t make since to me but it was like he was not trying to really help me just a rush job. my vent is not even on the top of my house my house is only 6 yrs old so when he left I went outside to my vent which is on the side of my house and it was a bag caught in the vent that was causing the dryer to build up water because the vent was blocked. Bestbuy needs to bring back there own Service Department, So I have some thinking to do if I will use Bestbuy again I love there products but do not like that they source out to 3rd party companies for delivery and installation. I’m not sure who comes out to repairs. So basically I never needed a 2nd dryer I just needed a team to take the time to care about my installation. I order a lot from Bestbuy my TV was setup by bestbuy and they did everything correct so I’m not sure where the ball dropped with my dryer installation I’m only giving a 5 star because I love my dryer but I should not act as my own installation man to figure out a simple issue recommending the item not the service

Installation for our dryer was so easy!! Very professional and fast to install. We had no issues!! Great overall experience!!

The dryer install went well when they actually delivered it. Changed delivery date twice, messes up your day each time. You wait all day only to be rescheduled on an inconvenient day.

We just bought LG Washing Machine and Dryer and so far we are very happy with it.

I've been really happy I had Best Buy install my dryer after this experience. The first installation was great. Unfortunately, my first dryer died after two uses. I called for an installation check, and the team that arrived was able to identify that the problem was with the machine and it needed to be replaced. They had a new order placed with a half an hour and I had a new appointment in two days for a new dryer. The third team was a great as the first two. They called and arrived on time and was in and out quickly. It was a great job all around. Thank you from a grateful customer!

Carlos & Dakota did a great job getting my old washer/dryer machines swapped out with the new ones in a tight space. Quick, efficient install. The dryer vent was installed with a curve in it-too long. It probably should have been shortened, but I can take care of that myself.

The guys who came to hook up my dryer. Was amazing. They were patient with me to clean where my old dryer was and they installed my dryer very quickly. I definitely recommend the professionals to help with the install verse doing it yourself

Purchased new electric dryer from Best Buy. Installation occurred right on time as scheduled with good communication on the day of arrival. Two young men were very courteous and respectful. After a month of use, it appears that there are no issues with the dryer installation.
