This dryer was an amazing steal deal as well! Nice and spacious enough to fit a king sized bedding as well! I was astonished at how quiet the dryer runs alot quieter than the nice fancy one we had last very pleased with the product. And the installation set up crew were very fast and nice!

Love it, the gentleman who installed it where fast, reliable and did it so quick my breakfast didn't even get cold. They had in, connected (And those dryer vent hose are a real pain in the neck for the average person to install) and running in short order.

Not long after I moved into this new house, I replaced the washer and dryer that the previous owner had left behind. I thought the dryer ran on gas and had bought the wrong one. The replacement was super quick and easy!

We bought washer and dryer together, the installation team was very fast and they knew everything. Installation was done less than 30 minutes; unbelievable they were so fast and knew their job well. Satisfactory job done by the installers. We are very happy with the Best Buy products and their team!!

The three men that installed my washer and dryer set did a phenomenal job. They were quick, efficient, respectful. They did not scratch up the walls while carrying the washer and dryer set. I am very pleased and impressed

The overall setup was just ok I’m just not use to a well known company like Bestbuy not to show you a general run through on how a appliance performs they just install it and leave I’ve purchased from other companies and they show you how to work your new item. Plus this was my 2nd dryer from Bestbuy the 1st installment water was getting inside of my dryer so they had to replace it so I’m thinking the dryer was faulty, the delivery guy told us there was prolly a leak on the roof that was causing the water in the dryer well my other dryer was not doing that my exact words to him he said well it has been raining a lot in Houston still didn’t make since to me but it was like he was not trying to really help me just a rush job. my vent is not even on the top of my house my house is only 6 yrs old so when he left I went outside to my vent which is on the side of my house and it was a bag caught in the vent that was causing the dryer to build up water because the vent was blocked. Bestbuy needs to bring back there own Service Department, So I have some thinking to do if I will use Bestbuy again I love there products but do not like that they source out to 3rd party companies for delivery and installation. I’m not sure who comes out to repairs. So basically I never needed a 2nd dryer I just needed a team to take the time to care about my installation. I order a lot from Bestbuy my TV was setup by bestbuy and they did everything correct so I’m not sure where the ball dropped with my dryer installation I’m only giving a 5 star because I love my dryer but I should not act as my own installation man to figure out a simple issue recommending the item not the service

I've been really happy I had Best Buy install my dryer after this experience. The first installation was great. Unfortunately, my first dryer died after two uses. I called for an installation check, and the team that arrived was able to identify that the problem was with the machine and it needed to be replaced. They had a new order placed with a half an hour and I had a new appointment in two days for a new dryer. The third team was a great as the first two. They called and arrived on time and was in and out quickly. It was a great job all around. Thank you from a grateful customer!

We’re thrilled with our new dryer from Best Buy! It works perfectly, dries clothes quickly, and has great features that make laundry so much easier. However, our original dryer arrived with a dent, and it took nearly 1.5 weeks to get a replacement installed. Being without a dryer for that long was inconvenient, but once the new one arrived, Best Buy’s installation team was fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. Despite the delay, we’re very happy with the dryer and the quality of the final installation.

The install guys are fantastic. They hooked up everything properly on my new dryer and made sure it worked as it was supposed to. While unloading, they also noticed a very very minor ding on the bottom backside corner of the dryer, basically impossible to notice, and were honest about it and were even able to get me a $100 Best Buy gift card for this super minor imperfection (I received it in the mail within a week). The install guys also carefully and efficiently removed the old dryer. They were very courteous, professional, and I would highly recommend them for any upcoming installs.

Dryer install was super efficient. The delivery team was able to navigate some tight pathways and then set up the dryer.

Carlos & Dakota did a great job getting my old washer/dryer machines swapped out with the new ones in a tight space. Quick, efficient install. The dryer vent was installed with a curve in it-too long. It probably should have been shortened, but I can take care of that myself.

They did a great job installing the dryer. They were right on time and very professional they had everything working properly before they left.

The delivery guys were on time and quick to get it done. Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.
