Impressed with the Installer

He quickly disconnected the old dryer and ensured the area was cleaned up. He installed the new dryer in less than 20 minutes (if that long) and ensured the dryer worked properly before he left. He also provided instructions on how to operate the dryer and to make sure I run the dryer for two complete cycles before I put my clothes in.

But when you have to install a new unit?? 2 great guy that delivered and installed did a Great Job...had to 1st remove the washer and get the old dryer out . Very careful not to hit the wall or doorways...Installed the new dryer, re-ooked the washer and gave a 101 lesson on the dryer! Could not be happier with the LG Dryer or the install process 1

Good dryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers came early and we're professionals they new what to do and removed old dryer but couldn't hook cause the vent kit was the wrong one and my dryer wouldn't turn on cause of an outlet issue but turned out there was no issues but I had to buy a vent tube and I hook it up myself. I'm a happy customer they did a good job trying to thanks.

Nice but not smart

Both gentlemen were kind and courteous, but at some times, they didn't sound like they knew what they were doing. They told me that the dryer's exhaust pipe would not fit into the wall, but they somehow got it to fit.
