The two individuals who provided the install with haul away service for us were very professional. They were polite and worked quickly and quietly while at my home. After the install, one of the installers gave me a quick run down of the appliance (LG clothes dryer) he installed and asked if I had any questions. He also made sure I understood my warranty and had the Geek Squad phone number handy before he left. I would definitely use this service again.

I had no idea how I was going to get the old machines out. I am so grateful this service is included with the Totaltech Membership! The service guys were great and had the old machine out and new machine in within a very short period of time! And they were very curious and respectful in our home!

service was not completed yesterday, because the sales person did not provide stack kit for the washer and drier to be stuck on top of each other. I need to get this and your service tech will come again to install the washer

The installers were courteous, efficient, pleasant and tidy. As I reviewed elsewhere, there was a mix up and I noted that the initial dryer was not the model I had ordered (oops!). Despite this, management resolved the issue very quickly, which I appreciated very much. I would not hold this mix up against them and happily recommend BestBuy for my electronics and appliances needs

They gave a 4 hour window when we bought the washer and dryer and we were told that the installer would call the day before to give us a 2 hour window and then again the day of when we were the next stop. They did call the day before but still only gave a 4 hour window. They didn't call the stop before. We called them and found out when they were coming.

I can't tell you how happy I was when the delivery guys showed up with my new dryer. They took exceptional care when removing my old dryer and even more when they brought my new one into my house. The two men worked as a team. The total event took less than twenty minutes, and done. They stayed to make sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. The delivery and instal with added hall away that I paid an extra $14.99 was the best money I ever spent. Truely great service.
