Quality installers

Installers were friendly, efficient, and right on time. We had to convert our old 3" vent to 4". Wish they offered a little extra service to do that for us.

Excellent basic no frills dryer

Despite this review we needed to exchange the initial purchase for a replacement which works perfectly (heating element failure initially). Does not have steam which is unnecessary anyway. Dryer vent sensor was initially a problem but this alerted me to a potential fire hazard and after cleaning vent was not an issue.

Dryer delivery and hook up

Excellent Service

They were very professional and were very careful not to bump the walls when they brought it in and took to the basement. They were very friendly and showed me a few things about the washer and dryer the salesman didn't show me and I was glad they did. Thanks to the guys who installed, you did a Great Job!

Great delivery and service overall

Their customer service is hands-down the best I've experienced in years. The delivery guys were professional, fast and helpful with questions. I shop online as much as most people, possibly more. But in this age of "connectedness," I'm finding that actually talking with knowledgable sales/delivery people is an under-appreciated bonus. I've made several recent purchases at Best Buy, instead of places like Amazon, for this reason.
