The installer was a true gentleman and a true professional. Thank you for hiring this man make sure to keep him, not many installers know what they’re doing.

FINALLY we got people who knew what they were doing and were willing to spend the time to do it! This was the fourth time Best Buy had sent people to re-install our washer/dryer and the first time that the mission was accomplished. Until today this had been a nightmare. But Peter and his helper were excellent. They did the job, they tested it to be sure it was right and they cleaned up after themselves.

Installation for our dryer was so easy!! Very professional and fast to install. We had no issues!! Great overall experience!!

I had 2 gentlemen install my dryer, and they did it well. My only concern was, they put aluminum foil tape on the top of the vent (coil) leading to the outside vent (mounted on the inside wall). I couldn't tell if they actually used the coil connecter(aluminum elbow) that I purchased with the dryer. Right now everything looks good and works fine, I'm keeping and eye on that coil with the tape on it..

Everything went great with the dryer install. Quick and easy process and have had no issues with it at all the last few months!

The installers worked quickly and efficiently and didn't damage any door frames or walls, which was impressive since they didn't have a lot of clearance in spots on the way in and to the laundry room. They tested out the machine before leaving. The cost of having Best Buy deliver and install the dryer was a bargain -- no way we could have done this ourselves.

The dryer meets all expectation for a Whirlpool appliance -- efficient, quiet, clear options & instructions -- and it's beautiful! We did have to install a 220 outlet. The BB delivery crew was punctual, polite, tidy and efficient. Will recommend Best Buy to anyone!

Really efficient and quick installation as well as removal of our old dryer. They installers called from their last stop to inform us they were coming. They came in, removed our dryer from the second floor. They then came back to install the new dryer. All in less than an hour. They tested the dryer to make sure it was working. Really impressed with their efficiency!

The service was quick, easy, and efficient. The guys cleaned up and asked if I had any questions before they left. Very friendly and polite.

I like to do everything I can myself, and only reluctantly shell out money to pay someone else to do something that I could do. However, sometimes it's definitely the best choice. This is a good example. Geek Squad installed a new dryer, which sound simple. However, the hoses that were recommended didn't fit and replacements were required. They had replacements on-hand and were able to install them immediately. That saved a lot of time and headache. Definitely worth it.

Had a good experience with installers. Very professional, arrived during appointment window and received courtesy call. They had to remove door to laundry room but put everything back as it was without damaging walls or anything else along the way.

The worker was great and really helped out. Id recommend anyone haveing this professionally done.

First, I will say there are no issues with the GE dryer itself. So far it works good. The issues are with the installation from Best Buy. They were late due to a flat tire, which is understandable, but someone should have called. They did not think they were doing installation and had to borrow my tools. They refused to change the direction that the door opens and said that is an additional cost now. I went back to the website and saw nothing about paying for this or even an option to request this service. After sitting on the phone for over an hour with customer service and getting transferred a few times, I decided to do it myself rather than have further aggravation. They did not include an owner's manual and told me I would have to call GE to get one. Apparently they wanted to waste more of my time having to call another customer service number. They installed the wrong color plug and did not install a new dryer vent but charged me for it. Best Buy customer service said they would credit my account but they never did. I've had appliances delivered from Best Buy before and have never had such a terrible experience. I've previously ordered a washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove (two times) and refrigerator (two times). Unfortunately, this experience will probably prevent me from buying an appliance from them again. All of the issues I had could have been made better if they wanted to through customer service, but they did not care enough and did not follow through on the few things they said they would do.

My new dryer performs really well. It is also very quiet.
