The installers took great care in delivery and installation to ensure no damage was caused. They were polite and professional. They showed me how to use my washer and dryer. I am very happy with their excellent service and professionalism.

Awesome delivery !

Always very courteous and professional. Delivery guys always very pleasant and respectful. Dryer was plugged in and made sure it was running. Removed old one from basement to garage for us. I have total tech, so worth it !!

Great, but be present

While they go the install done and everything is working beautifully, I caught them making a couple of alignment mistakes (having a misaligned stacked washer/dryer is not ideal) and had to ask them to adjust. Plus they had trouble communicating between themselves.

They even did not install one of the parts I purchased because they said my existing one was much better. So now we can return for $$ back. Woot!
