The deliveryman reported that the hoses needed for the steam drying had not been sent so I called the store, who connected me with the service dept. They took down my information, but I have never heard from them since that day. I have never received the hoses or a refund! However, the deliveryman did a great job with the hook-up service.

This product work really wellWith my dryer I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My installers hooked up the power cord properly and made sure the dryer was level. They pulled out my old and offered to haul mine off for a fee, but I refused. They plugged in the dryer and waited for it get hot, but it never did. It would start, but not get hot. After several tries, they checked the voltage in the outlet with a voltage meter and it only read 120 instead of 240. They called another installer and who told them what to double check and mentioned my outlet could be bad. I spent money for a new outlet that I installed myself when that wasn't the issue. The owners manual read that the power must be shut off at the breaker for that appliance outlet. Plug in the new appliance(dryer) and they turn back on the breaker for that appliance. It worked perfectly. The installers could use a little more training in installing major appliances to save the consumer unnecessary worries and money.

Had dryer installed and stacked on a washer. Can not beat the deal - it is working quite well.

The product I purchased is great,but the install was less than desired. The guys left the washer/dryer sitting in the middle of the floor.They said they couldn't finish the install for some reason or other.I had to finish the install myself, and I pray I did it correctly.I was VERY disappointed with the way they just left it and went home.

The two men that took out the old washer and dryer and connected the new equipment did an excellent job.

Quick and easy install. We did have a damaged dryer the first time but they were quick to get us a replacement. And it was samsung's fault not Best Buy's.

As usual, Geek Squad installed the dryer with no issues. They were quick, neat and cleaned up after they finished.

The install was seemless. The delivery guys were very polite and showed me every bell and whistle on the dryer.
