Better than the washer install crew
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A week earlier we had the washer installed but they couldn't install the dryer because they forgot to order the stacking kit. So, they came back to set up the dryer. This time they were 2 different guys and they were SO nice and did a great job! It was a VERY tight space to stack the dryer on top of the washer, but they pulled it off. And without a single complaint! They dealt with it it so well and were so friendly. They deserve a raise! lol

Installers Didn't Remove Blockage.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very disappointed that when the installers hooked up tubing to the vent (which I had purchased along with all the other accessories needed for installation) that they didn't reach through and remove the impacted accumulation of dryer fluff. I didn't realize this until I received a warning from the dryer that there was a blockage. It would have been simple for the installers to reach in a couple of inches and remove the blockage before the tubing was installed. As it was I had to do it from the outside, which involved crawled under the ac unit.

2nd Floor Savior

The installation went off without a hitch. The installer was on-time, courteous, quick, and explained everything we needed to know. 100% will utilize their installation in the future.
