Bought matching washer and dryer, and had old taken away. They came at the beginning of a 4-hour time window. And was very efficient at removing my old washer and dryer. They gave me time to clean the area before installing the new units. They got everything hooked up, but when bringing in the new units ended up leaving big rubber scuff marks on the floor. They didn't have anything to remove the marks, so I ended up later using a tennis ball and a microfiber towel but had scrub hard. I also had to ask them if the machines had to be checked for leveling/balance. Only then were they going to test to see if the units ran and ran smoothly (which they did). Overall they were nice, and did a job that I couldn't do, but only had a few delivers that day and wish they would have slowed down a minute or two. I was torn between giving three or four stars, but average seems appropriate.

This dryer is easy to use and works very well love that it has option to steam clothes!

We're very pleased with the installers. They had to remove a door, which they did with care. They put up with a dog who was freaking out our other dogs. They were helpful, even though we were at the end of the delivery run, and had run into a lot of obstacles during their delivery day to a fairly bad snow storm. (Schools were closed in the area). Very impressed by their professionalism and friendliness.

The second team of installers did a great job. They were professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. The second install is what I expected the first time.

The installation was done with good quality and done efficiently.

Two delivery people arrived well within the window that was provided to me. They were both polite and got right to work. They were very careful carrying in the items. There were no dings in the wall or scratches on the wood floor from their delivery or removal. Both items were installed in under and hour, including stacking the dryer and installing a kit. After about 60 loads the installation shows no sign of concern. Would recommend to anyone.
