Guys took the new washer and dryer to basement. They were suppose to connect them. They were also suppose to take away the old appliances. They did neither. I was told someone from geek squad would be out shortly to finished the installation which was not true. Other guys came about a week or so later and finished the job. Second guys did a good job. No problems with product but the delivery and installation was pretty unbelievable.

Assistant put part of a 4 prong plug, which was not connected to anything, in my 3 prong plug and blew the plug. Per your instructions I hired an electrician to repair it. It was a mess and had me in tears trying to get in contact with the proper person. I had to srive to your store to get help. Your phone service in the Phillipines are worthless.
