So these services are always very YMMV based on your location. If you live in an area where people kinda suck, you may run into issues. But if you live in an area where everyone is super nice, super kind, then this is amazing. So keeping that in mind, I had a great experience. This was very useful. Especially if you're replacing an old appliance you WANT this service. It's absolutely worth it. They'll remove your old broken item and dispose of it properly so you don't have to. Or if you bought a new item and just want to move the older one to a different room in your home they can do that as well. They were very kind, thorough, and careful to not bump into furniture and walls. They removed my old broken item without much fuss and properly installed my new dryer!

Washer install went great! No issues! Tech was friendly and informative

Really efficient and quick installation as well as removal of our old dryer. They installers called from their last stop to inform us they were coming. They came in, removed our dryer from the second floor. They then came back to install the new dryer. All in less than an hour. They tested the dryer to make sure it was working. Really impressed with their efficiency!

They guys who installed my dryer were very efficient and timely. They dryer wasn't drying at first but they knew to check my breaker for the total volts needed and found one breaker not entirely switched on and it immediately fixed the issue. They were wonderful!

I purchased an dryer for Best Buy. The installation crew were professional, kind and they knew what they were doing! The install went perfect, and I felt 100% comfortable with the installers. They were fantastic!

I like to do everything I can myself, and only reluctantly shell out money to pay someone else to do something that I could do. However, sometimes it's definitely the best choice. This is a good example. Geek Squad installed a new dryer, which sound simple. However, the hoses that were recommended didn't fit and replacements were required. They had replacements on-hand and were able to install them immediately. That saved a lot of time and headache. Definitely worth it.

Great product for a small space. Smaller loads as to be expected with a smaller unit.

First, I will say there are no issues with the GE dryer itself. So far it works good. The issues are with the installation from Best Buy. They were late due to a flat tire, which is understandable, but someone should have called. They did not think they were doing installation and had to borrow my tools. They refused to change the direction that the door opens and said that is an additional cost now. I went back to the website and saw nothing about paying for this or even an option to request this service. After sitting on the phone for over an hour with customer service and getting transferred a few times, I decided to do it myself rather than have further aggravation. They did not include an owner's manual and told me I would have to call GE to get one. Apparently they wanted to waste more of my time having to call another customer service number. They installed the wrong color plug and did not install a new dryer vent but charged me for it. Best Buy customer service said they would credit my account but they never did. I've had appliances delivered from Best Buy before and have never had such a terrible experience. I've previously ordered a washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove (two times) and refrigerator (two times). Unfortunately, this experience will probably prevent me from buying an appliance from them again. All of the issues I had could have been made better if they wanted to through customer service, but they did not care enough and did not follow through on the few things they said they would do.

Hooked up really fast. I had no issues. Better than the intial delivery.

The installation guy was excellent. The guy shows me all the function and make sure I was happy with everything. Was quick installation and no problem after that. Everything running good.

The dryer install went well when they actually delivered it. Changed delivery date twice, messes up your day each time. You wait all day only to be rescheduled on an inconvenient day.

Love it! This dryer has saved me A LOT of time. I was blankets every week and the drum is big enough to fit 2 king size blankets. Do need to unfold them half way through, but this is expected as it tumbles. I also have the steam fresh option. It dampens more than what I was expecting, but works well! Dries out the wrinkles. Only thing I don't like about this dryer is the chimes that notify when the dryer is done. These are long, loud and very annoying. Wondering if there is an option to shut them off. Overall I love this dryer and to me it was certainly worth the purchase,

The installation of this dryer was the way that I had expected on the day that was outlined with the schedule . And it went fairly smooth , with a minor issue with the fit of the exhaust tubing , funnel to let the steam release to the outside . That was remedied fairly quick . And the installer was good with the explanation of how it should be operated . The only issue that I encountered was the follow up with any questions that the customer had , regarding some of the functions of the machine , the installer was Not interested with any addtl questions that the customer had , after the installation . There were several tries to call the installer , no response ! Even after the third and fourth tries . No response . This is a sign of really “ Poor customer service “. In my opinion , with this situation . After the second try , at least a follow back message would have been courteous . However , not a single try to respond . If I had to rate this installer with a one being the Worst customer experience , then I would give this individual a two . For these reasons outlined above . Just wanted my opinion to be heard , so maybe this person might change the attitude in the near future . This has been the experience with this individual .

This dryer works good. I'm still learning the settings to see what works best for each load that i dry. The delivery guy was great he did his job professionally.

The team of deliveries was able to install the dryer machine in no time.
