They guys who installed my dryer were very efficient and timely. They dryer wasn't drying at first but they knew to check my breaker for the total volts needed and found one breaker not entirely switched on and it immediately fixed the issue. They were wonderful!

These guys do such a great job. They actually PICK THE DRYER UP with belts so that they never touch your floors ! Speedy installation including (a fee) reversing the dryer door ! The guys were efficient and polite. Better installed by Best Buy than me! Thanks!

So these services are always very YMMV based on your location. If you live in an area where people kinda suck, you may run into issues. But if you live in an area where everyone is super nice, super kind, then this is amazing. So keeping that in mind, I had a great experience. This was very useful. Especially if you're replacing an old appliance you WANT this service. It's absolutely worth it. They'll remove your old broken item and dispose of it properly so you don't have to. Or if you bought a new item and just want to move the older one to a different room in your home they can do that as well. They were very kind, thorough, and careful to not bump into furniture and walls. They removed my old broken item without much fuss and properly installed my new dryer!

It was a lot of work getting that vent installed they did good just wish they would have leveled dryer.

There were a few hiccups with my dryer install. Not really the fault of the people who delivered the dryer from Best Buy in some ways, as the dryer outlet in my home was not compatible with the chord that came with the dryer. My only complaint is that when the dryer didn't work, the installers didn't hook up the vent which I then had to do on my own after changing out the chord and outlet.

The installers were very nice and tried to help when the order was all messed up and the first dryer came damaged. Very frustrating process dealing with Best Buy Customer Service. I finally found the person that got it right.

Love the Dryer. I was worried that the installation was going to be difficult because of my narrow hallway and my small laundry room, but the installer were excellent and had no difficulties. The Dryer runs fast, quiet, and looks good. End of cycle buzzer reminds me of high school basketball - will need to see if I can disable it

Install was fine. They placed it in the proper space, plugged it in, and installed the dryer vent. Success.

The team that installed my appliance did amazing! They were very friendly and were in/out in less than 20 minutes!

The dryer works very well, it does its job, but the buttons that I need to choose from for what I want it to do are weird. There's no "bedding" setting, "Permanent Press" or many of the others you're expecting. And the lint drawer is a little weird. I think I'm going to have to put a vacuum nozzle down there every so often because it seems to "leak" lint.

This dryer works good. I'm still learning the settings to see what works best for each load that i dry. The delivery guy was great he did his job professionally.

The installers were on time, friendly, and professional. They looked at my laundry room space as well as the path to the laundry room all the way from the driveway before attempting to install to ensure that they could safely transport the dryer inside, and showed me a preexisting scratch on my hardwood floor prior to install. The installer had a slight concern about the position of the dryer exhaust vent, and wasn't entirely sure my new dryer would fit in the space, but was willing to try, and managed to Tetris it in! Very grateful for that, I'm not sure what I would have done if it didn't fit! The install was efficient and clean--no packaging materials scattered around--and the installers tested the dryer to ensure correct function, and showed me as well as handed me the manual. They also checked to make sure they hadn't caused any damage to my home. Seriously, I wish every large home furniture/appliance delivery could be this great.

Not everyone will get the same installation guy I did, and that is good news. They guy I had come out tried to rip me off by reinstalling my old dryer hose instead of the new one I paid $26 for. I noticed what he had done (or not done rather) and he said it was because my old one was more flexible and would allow him to push the dryer back further. I told him that since I paid for a new hose, I wanted him to install it. He did, after some banging of tools like I was inconveniencing him or something. Otherwise, the installation was done quickly and correctly.
