Installation was great, the guys were for the most part professional and polite. Reguarding BestBuy's delivery service - both the washer and dryer were dented when they arrived (the delivery guys tried to conceal the damage), the dryer ended up having to be replaced because the side panel was pushed in and the drum rubbed on the inside of the panel, the dent on the washer was cosmetic, so we let it go. It took about a month to get the replacement dryer, when it arrived it was dented as well, since the dent was cosmetic, we again let it go. Overall we're happy with the equipment, but not impressed by the delivery service, We basically paid full price for "scratch and dent" products.

Outstanding service. The installers were polite, friendly, and efficient. They answered all questions. They removed the old dryer. Dryer was installed, leveled, and tested. When I order a washer, will request the same people.

Dryer was over 4 hours late with no communication. Wait times to connect to Best Buy customer service we’re atrocious. Once they got here, hookup was quick and we’ll done.

The only problem I had is that BEST BUY DOESN'T SELL THE OVAL CONVERTER KIT. SO, THEY COULDN'T COMPLETELY INSTALL MY DRYER. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT BEFORE THEY DELIVER. THIS WASN'T THEIR FAULT....IT WAS MIND. IF YOU HAVE THE OVAL CONNECTOR BOX IN YOUR WALL...PLEASE MAKE SURE IT WAS PROPERLY INSTALL AT BASE OF THE FLOOR WITH THE BASE BOARDS FLANKING THE SIDES ALUMINUM BOX FRAME. OTHERWISE THE DRYER WILL BE PUSHED OUT FROM WALL.

Got my dryer in place, leveled it, but wouldn't plug it in due to incorrect receptacle. I'm glad that they didn't because the next day electrician said it could have been a fire hazard. Danielle knew what he was talking about!

The guys that came to install this were very courteous and fast. No complaints.

The install was mostly ok, but the technician didn't even attempt to tighten the clamp on the back of my dryer. He also had to move my washer to get the dryer in and the cold water was leaking afterwards because he didn't tighten the line well enough. I still gave them both a good tip but they were a bit disappointing.
