The crew did a fantabulous job installing the dryer and ensuring it worked properly

They only made one mistake with the power cable, which blew the breaker. I pointed out to them the ground wire was in the wrong place. They said it was not like they were used to and corrected it. Besides that they were friendly and had it installed very quickly, no complaints on my part.

The delivery drivers were really nice. Not that I expected them to stand around and chat, but it was to the point I thought they were borderline dangerous with how much they were trying to get the job done. I was upset because our dog was in congestive heart failure and it was the last week of his life. I called Best Buy two days before delivery to reschedule for the following week. The Best Buy employee was very nice and rescheduled delivery for the following week. The drivers showed up on the original date and said they don't really pay attention to the notes on work order. Best Buy did their part because it was clearly stated on the work order that we rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately, we were up most of the night because we had to put our dog down. The drivers gave their condolences but they had the dryer at our door. I couldn't tell them no and accepted delivery.

The people that came to install the dryer took great care to not damage the machine or the walls.

Installers on larger appliances work for a vendor that Best Buy contracts with but they did everything right. 1. They called a few minutes before arrival 2. They were careful to not damage or scratch anything 3. Installation was done very quickly 4. They started both machines to verify everything worked 5. They cleaned up behind themselves

Ordered an electric clothes dryer. Delivery time updates were accurate up to the minute. I appreciate knowing exactly when the dryer was arriving. Once arrived, they carefully maneuvered it into the laundry room. Installation took less than 10 minutes. Everything seemed to be working. Later, I looked behind the dryer, the duct looked like it was pressed too tightly against the wall and duct elbow. When I moved the dryer and inspected it, I noticed that the flexible duct was partially crushed. It also had a slight tear in it. In the long term this could have lowered the efficiency of my dryer and cause link to escape into the laundry room.
