Best Buy appliance technicians are consistently top of their field. Because of a very tight dryer spot, I purchased a periscope dryer vent unit and they figured out quickly that was not the correct vent for this laundry room. We went back to the builder, to install a recessed wall vent, that allows us to open the laundry room door completely without hitting the dryer. Problem solved.

The gentlemen installing the dryer were friendly and polite. They were very careful removing the okd dryer and jnstalling the new. The new dryer was leveled and a test cycle was run. Very pleased with the installation.

The gentleman who installed my dryer were so great! They were quick and knowledgeable. They were able to tell us stuff we had no idea about regarding our dryer and the sensor eye. They also explained to us what we needed to get for the steam settings on my dryer because the one we bought already wasn’t long enough.

The installers did a great job. My washer and dryer are on the second floor so they had to carry it upstairs. First dryer had a slightly off sound according to the installer and so he immediately ordered a replacement. In the meantime we could use that dryer and then they came and pulled that dryer out and installed the replacement. They were all great and took pride in doing the job right.
