The vent tube is 8' long but our vent opening is right behind the dryer. They should shorten the vent tube so that the dryer can work more efficiently.

Had no issues with the installation crew. Very polite and professional, both trips out. First to install the Samsung washer and dryer, next to come back and take it back due to poor operation. Next trip out was to bring the new unit, which is Whirlpool. Installed the unit and was very professional in doing so. Thank you

I didn't need the vent hose that I was told I had to purchase. I was told to take it return it to the store vs the crew taking it back and having my account credited. It's a 20 -25 minute trip (one way) depending on the traffic.
