There were phone calls to schedule the arrival. Once there, the guys had to unhook and move the old units. They were quick and efficient as well as friendly and professional. They took a lot of care in unloading and moving the new machines into place. Once installed, they made sure I knew how to use the machine. AND they cleaned up all the mess!!

He arrived within the time slot he gave me and bought everything in the house carefully making sure not to mess anything up in my house. He then set everything up nicely and tested it before leaving. He was very professional and answered all my questions about the washer and gave me a demonstration in using the dryer..

They checked the voltage at the outlett before install as well as the air flow through the outside outlet. They explaind how the dryer options work and the dryer communicates with the washer. They showed connection for the washer and dryer for our smart phones as well. They had to deliver tho the 2nd floor of our house with the stands attached and not a scracth or mark to the machines or house. Great value.
