This is not something everybody can do

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.delivery folks were nice and professional. they were running a little late but gave me a call to let me know, which was appreciated. got me up and running and kept me informed about what they were doing. there was a small problem with the set up in my laundry room (my house is 100 years old, not built with electric dryers in mind) and they gave good advice on fixing it. great job overall.

Outstanding Service

We were continually updated as to the status of our order and delivery and the 'Geek Squad' guys showed up right on time. These guys were great! They quickly installed the unit and explained its operation. They made certain the machine was operating correctly, before leaving. I would highly recommend Best Buy.

Awesome

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had issues with our frist order our dryer kept rattling after many times leveling the machine, we returned the machines there was somthing wrong with the dryer and best buy offerd to make things right and even did the install. They came in set both dryer and washer up in no time and they where super nice.

Don't know why homebuilders make such small laundry rooms or why the washer and dryers have become so large.
