This is my first time having Geek squad install something in my brand new house. They set up the appointment a few days before hand. They called to confirm to make sure I was home. When they came they were polite and courteous and in and out in a flash. I had several deliveries scheduled for that day and I almost missed them completely because they were so quick. Installation was great, and it helped that it was completely free. No reason not to get.

Installers were quick, efficient and courteous. They did a great job.

The team that installed my appliance did amazing! They were very friendly and were in/out in less than 20 minutes!

Basic install, installers professional, installers kits plugs into outlet and installs vent extension to wall.

The dryer works very well, it does its job, but the buttons that I need to choose from for what I want it to do are weird. There's no "bedding" setting, "Permanent Press" or many of the others you're expecting. And the lint drawer is a little weird. I think I'm going to have to put a vacuum nozzle down there every so often because it seems to "leak" lint.

The guys brought my machine up 17 stairs with no issues. They installed it quickly and correctly then even gave me an overview of the machine with some teally helpful suggestions.

Two gentleman came and installed the dryer. They were very polite, professional and work well together. They had some trouble connecting the dryer to the vent. It was a tight space to work in. The clothes were not drying very well and when we looked behind the dryer the hose had come off the back of the dryer. It was an easy fix.

Very satisfied! Capacity is excellent and very silent!

I’ll be overzealous with this review...sorry. I’m a residential Home Builder so it’s ridiculous that I had our new washer and dryer installed. In my defense, BB didn’t charge for it with my purchase AND they hauled off my old units. You know the old saying, “a cobblers kids don’t wear shoes”? Well the Builder doesn’t want to work around the house when she comes home, lol! That being said, I’d recommend these guys to my clients if they asked! They were super professional, called when on the way, on time with our appointment, called the day before to confirm, were very polite, clean, and handled my new AND old products with care to insure they didn’t damage anything. On top of all that, I’ve been in my home for 15 years and haven’t replaced the washer or dryer until now. Do you have ANY idea what the floor underneath looked like?!?!?! Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!! 15 years of lent on hardwoods is DISGUSTING!!! Those guys were so sweet. They didn’t judge (thank you God I really am a clean person, I promise) and even said they’d give me time to clean up the hardwoods and just let them know when I was ready (bc I was in there like white on rice with the Clorox, just saying). They let me do my Clorox thing and then finished the install. Afterwards they gave me a run down on how to use the products and a few tips I might need in the future. All in all, amazing customer service! If half my subs paid attention to detail like these guys did, we’d all be better for it. Bravo fellas! I’d use this install team any day!

The Installation crew was on time , professional, expert, friendly. They installed the dryer as I requested and cleaned up after themselves.

I didnt like how he installed the dryer vent. I rnded up having to move the dryer and redo it bc the guy had it flip the wrong way. And He put the washer and dryer in where the doors opened opposite of each other. So i had to move them around myself so i could ipen both doors and easily move clothes out of washer and into dryer.

The 2 installers that delivered the dryer removed the old one and waited while I cleaned the floor behind and under its position. They carefully took out of the house and brought the new one in. The hoses needed to be redone because the previous one had a water line for steam and this one didn’t. After offering me the old parts and positioning and leveling the dryer they did a brief demo and instructed me in its basic operation. They waited to be sure the dryer generated heat before leaving. It was a pretty seamless operation.

This is a great service. The best. I said wow look at this dryer and how it works better than these windmills. Some say I’m a great installment, maybe even the best, but my wife came up to me with tears coming out of her eyes, and she said, “Thank you sir for buying this.” The service was anmazing and bigly, and there are no dead or eaten animals around the machine.

These guys do such a great job. They actually PICK THE DRYER UP with belts so that they never touch your floors ! Speedy installation including (a fee) reversing the dryer door ! The guys were efficient and polite. Better installed by Best Buy than me! Thanks!

The dryer has worked well. I'm fine with that. But the Best Buy installers scratched my washer when they installed the dryer, failing to use the rubber feet for the stacking kit that I handed to them. I've told Best Buy about it and they still have not fixed it (over 30 days since installation). The dryer is fine. The installation was poor.

Installed fairly quickly, had a little problem with the outside vent piping, which he pushed out further so it popped from the wall. Finally got it attached back to wall in and out so it is stable. Broke a little off a piece of coral I had outside kind of near the outside vent as he raced by it (I didn’t have time to warn him to side step it!), so wasn’t real happy about that and so 4 stars.

The installers did a good job getting our unit in and set up. However, they did not level the stacked units, and the door of the dryer doesn't stay open. It swings partially shut and makes it difficult to load clothes from the lower unit, as it the door swings and hits you in the head constantly. Also, they used our old vent hose instead of the new one I paid for. They did not credit my account for the unused vent hose.
