Love the technicians who installed my dryer. They were good and professional. Found the broken levers for the washer cut off vavle. I really appreciate their honesty and hardwork.

Love the Dryer. I was worried that the installation was going to be difficult because of my narrow hallway and my small laundry room, but the installer were excellent and had no difficulties. The Dryer runs fast, quiet, and looks good. End of cycle buzzer reminds me of high school basketball - will need to see if I can disable it

This is my first time having Geek squad install something in my brand new house. They set up the appointment a few days before hand. They called to confirm to make sure I was home. When they came they were polite and courteous and in and out in a flash. I had several deliveries scheduled for that day and I almost missed them completely because they were so quick. Installation was great, and it helped that it was completely free. No reason not to get.

This was the "initial" delivery and installation. The products were delivered as promised, however, the right hand venting was not included. The installation team was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Although the incorrect venting was supplied with the initial delivery, they did their best to help me get the "correct" venting installed. Unfortunately, it took some extra time to get the venting kit and then have it installed. In the end, it all worked out thanks to the help of the installation department.

The team knew what they were doing. They removed the old dryer and took it away. They installed the new unit, made sure we knew how to operate it, cleaned out and left. Polite, professional and efficient

Way better delivering install service than Home Depot and other big box stores. The local guys are still slightly better with prepping you for time and Best Buy also makes you buy expensive hook up gear but it’s still the best value for a big box store.

This process has been frustrating. My washer and dryer were delivered and to be in stalled 9 days ago. That installer said the washer needed to be reordered because he could not pull a plug off and that I needed a special attachment for my dryer vent. Done to the reorder, the earliest they could schedule to come back was 9 days later. This crew found no issue with the washer and pulled the plug out with no problem, not needing to use the reordered washer. The dryer in fact did not need a special attachment and was installed. I’m rating 5 stars for the last installers, definitely not the first!

install was quick and easy and appliance worked when the installers left

Purchased a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator when we moved into our new home and opted for delivery and installation. The gentlemen were courteous and friendly. They had the new washing machine and dryer unloaded, unboxed, and installed within 1.5 hours. Definitely recommend this service!

I’ll be overzealous with this review...sorry. I’m a residential Home Builder so it’s ridiculous that I had our new washer and dryer installed. In my defense, BB didn’t charge for it with my purchase AND they hauled off my old units. You know the old saying, “a cobblers kids don’t wear shoes”? Well the Builder doesn’t want to work around the house when she comes home, lol! That being said, I’d recommend these guys to my clients if they asked! They were super professional, called when on the way, on time with our appointment, called the day before to confirm, were very polite, clean, and handled my new AND old products with care to insure they didn’t damage anything. On top of all that, I’ve been in my home for 15 years and haven’t replaced the washer or dryer until now. Do you have ANY idea what the floor underneath looked like?!?!?! Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!! 15 years of lent on hardwoods is DISGUSTING!!! Those guys were so sweet. They didn’t judge (thank you God I really am a clean person, I promise) and even said they’d give me time to clean up the hardwoods and just let them know when I was ready (bc I was in there like white on rice with the Clorox, just saying). They let me do my Clorox thing and then finished the install. Afterwards they gave me a run down on how to use the products and a few tips I might need in the future. All in all, amazing customer service! If half my subs paid attention to detail like these guys did, we’d all be better for it. Bravo fellas! I’d use this install team any day!

There were a few hiccups with my dryer install. Not really the fault of the people who delivered the dryer from Best Buy in some ways, as the dryer outlet in my home was not compatible with the chord that came with the dryer. My only complaint is that when the dryer didn't work, the installers didn't hook up the vent which I then had to do on my own after changing out the chord and outlet.

The team that installed my appliance did amazing! They were very friendly and were in/out in less than 20 minutes!

The dryer works very well, it does its job, but the buttons that I need to choose from for what I want it to do are weird. There's no "bedding" setting, "Permanent Press" or many of the others you're expecting. And the lint drawer is a little weird. I think I'm going to have to put a vacuum nozzle down there every so often because it seems to "leak" lint.

This product was installed in November 2024. The installers were very professional. To date, the product has performed very well, and my wife and I are pleased with the purchase. We highly recommend Best Buy Installation.

These guys do such a great job. They actually PICK THE DRYER UP with belts so that they never touch your floors ! Speedy installation including (a fee) reversing the dryer door ! The guys were efficient and polite. Better installed by Best Buy than me! Thanks!
