They were also very knowledgeable in explaining how to use the dryer. If possible I would request these installers for all my appliances I would buy!

LG Dryer

They were patient while we had to do some last minute prep to the area where it would be placed. They did a nice job with the dryer installation, but as I stated in my other review they failed to level the washer.

Better than expected

They hauled off the old one & hooked up the new one & told me about returning the useless installation kit you are forced to buy, even though the Dryer book says NOT to use it... I didn't have to lift anything, so I'll take that.

They had it in and hooked up and running within just a few minutes. They were polite and friendly, in and out in no time. I'm glad I spent the extra bucks for delivery and installation. Well worth it to know the job was done right.

They went out of their way to explain how the equipment worked. They were friendly, professional and on time. I’m a fan!
