LG Washer and Dryer

They delivered item and worked with me on scheduling another installation appointment. I love my new LG washer and dryer.

Electric dryer installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.During the purchase of my GE electric dryer, the salesperson mentioned I needed a cord and vent for installation which I purchased. The installation was performed on the day scheduled and within the allotted timeframe which included hauling away the old dryer. After installation, the installers reviewed the operating procedures before they left. I have been happy ever since!

Fast and Friendly

Took the old one and installed the new one in minutes. They were also honest about things. I asked if they thought the base would fit in my space and he gave me an honest answer.

Dryer bracket?

I was not aware that I would have to also purchase the dryer bracket which was not on the website information. So the installation of the dryer was delayed for 6 weeks, which was an inconvenience for me.

They do the job so easy and very professionals. They gave me piece of mind because I live on a second floor of a condo. But everything from the removal of the two old washer and dryer to the installation. A service well paid.

Good installers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There was a hiccup at the installers point in that they had a different time than Best Buy sent them resulting in a delayed install, but after a long phone call, we got them to come out and the crew was good and fast. I would call and confirm the day of...lesson learned
