I had Best Buy installation. Two guys showed up. I got the feeling they had done this before. Professional installation

After researching over and over….it came down to this set and then another one. I went based on reviews and ease of use. Let me tell u I am not disappointed at all! I love them!!!!

Geek squad did a decent installation, but I wish rthwy would have asked before removing the hoses we needed for the old dryer, and also the extra dryer ventilation hook up materials. I paid for them, and they took it away. Now I need to buy more hoses and ventilation hook up!

The installation team providing the install service were the same gentleman who installed a previous appliance for us. Longevity of service members is an important aspect of my continuing to loyalty to Best Buy. The ease of installation and the amount of time taken to complete the task was exemplary.

Everything is coming out dry in 1 cycle or less! Love this dryer!

Everything is great except the installation person came with no shoe covers and when asked he says they don’t use shoe covers, they make the house dirty. Not sure how this is acceptable.

Love that this is part of the total tech plan, but I wish it came with the installation kit, I didn’t see that I had to check this before my purchase, but I was able to purchase when it was delivered

I can't say enough about the quality of the installers. They went above and beyond.

They did an effortless and perfect install, that I could never have performed.

Our new washer and dryer were delivered and set up by the same same two guys … delivery went ok but the setup not so well. The door had to be flipped on the dryer and the guys didn’t have a clue… I don’t want to sound mean here because as a delivery team they were good but let’s just say installs should have been done by someone trained to do them.

Installers were excellent and professional. They were timely and responsible in making sure the item was installed properly.

The team was so helpful and made sure everything was working before they left. They even showed what all the buttons are for.

No issues. Quick and easy installation. They do make you buy all the equipment just in case, so make room in your budget for a few days to cover that. Also took a while to get it scheduled, since they're super busy, so plan ahead.

The installers were on time, friendly and efficient. So they were great. However, we can no longer call our local store, but are shunted to a national phone center. This is a real problem!!! We live in a rural area, a long distance from the local store. Not being able to talk to them in person is a real inconvenience. This change was a real mistake by Best Buy, and they should change it back!!! Trying to iron out some logistics was more difficult because of this, and that is why only 3 stars. Installers themselves would get 5 stars.

It's a dryer install, it is nice they automatically add the parts you need to cart.

Very professional, no bumping or knocking into walls. Good workers. Great job.
