Not so much for leveling and installing the hose for the steam function. Unit was not leveled one bit and the hose was an over stretched rubber hose (when it was supposed to be stainless) that started leaking soon after they left. I ended up replacing it myself with a stainless hose. I would easily have paid for a longer hose if that’s what they suggested but was not given that option.

Wonderful Service

This was the 3rd time that the dryer had to be replaced, due to damage. All the other delivery people just set it in the basement and left! These guys hooked EVERYTHING up, leveled, and removed the boxes. They were very kind and helpful! Wish all delivery people were like them. Very, very impressed!! Great Job!!!

Installation ok but accessories not quite good

However, the dryer vent required an elbow as the exit point on the wall was on the side of the dryer. The 3rd party installing the dryer did not offer such option and had to install the dryer vent they had without an elbow. This left the dryer several inches away from the wall and a large space behind it was lost. Did not look good in the laundry room.
