They arrived 10 minutes early to the scheduled time, called earlier in the day for time confirmation, and were in and out in a short period of time. If you are stacking your washer and dryer, and need the door orientation flipped on the dryer, make sure that the salesman inputs that in the delivery instructions for the install team AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!

The guys had a tight spot to install the dryer and the vent had to go in the ceiling. They managed to get the vent installed even after several failed attempts they didn't give up until it was properly installed.

They were on time, friendly, professional & always carried extra items that you may have forgotten to make the install go smooth. Overall I was very pleased with how quickly they removed the old appliances & how professional the new washer & dryer were installed. Thanks Best Buy for the great service.

DRYER REVIEW

The reason for this is that thevent had been a vent clog and we wanted to make sure there was nothing else going on. I really appreciate the help.
