My new dryer was a tight fit for the location and required a different venting system. The Geek Squad told me I needed a periscope venting system, checked the store to seeif it was availanle and then returned to install my dryer. Great customer service!!

The men who delivered the dryer were efficient and did an exceptional job.

The dryer had to be installed twice. First machine did not work properly, and installer also left some installation steps not done. The second installation was professional, and satisfactory.

They removed my old drier and installed the new one quickly and efficiently.

Very pleasant when installing pedestals was very nice and professional.

Our prior Dryer vented directly below the Dryer through a hole in the floor; but, the installer had never vented a Dryer this way before. So he installed the vent hose out the back of the Dryer and then down through the hole in the floor. The result is the Dryer now must be a foot out from the wall. Now the Dryer intrudes into the room more than a foot beyond the front of the adjacent Washer. Installers need to be trained to install venting directly under Dryer. Customers need to be able to communicate the need for this configeration when Dryer is purchased online.
