I have used the washer and dryer about 7 times since installed and both units have done a good job. Installers did a great job installing the products. They were not helpful in-regards to connecting to the app/internet, I had to show them how to connect. One of the installers did not care and the other was supersized how easy it was to perform connection to the app/internet.

Dryer installation was very quick and efficient. Crew was very knowledgeable.

The installer was on time and called me prior to arrival. They were fast and did a great job installing the dryer. However they did not level the dryer to the height of the wash machine.

We purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer set for Mom for Christmas. The install team was exceptionally cheerful, kind and professional. Because we were able to check all the boxes on the BB prep list, the technicians were able to quickly set up the washer and dryer and even stayed to make certain it would operate correctly. They balanced both perfectly, which allows them to run very quietly. We even called BB to make sure the install team was recognized for their outstanding performance.

The two young men who were charged with the removal of our old dryer and installation of the new one did a great job. Our laundry room is quite small, so they actually had to lift the old one out and do the same to place the new one. installation was quick. Everything works well.

The installers did a good job getting our unit in and set up. However, they did not level the stacked units, and the door of the dryer doesn't stay open. It swings partially shut and makes it difficult to load clothes from the lower unit, as it the door swings and hits you in the head constantly. Also, they used our old vent hose instead of the new one I paid for. They did not credit my account for the unused vent hose.

The installation was great! The installers were friendly, polite and professional!! Had it installed so quickly!!

The Installation crew was on time , professional, expert, friendly. They installed the dryer as I requested and cleaned up after themselves.

Washer & Dryer works as expected. Has a lot of cool features, lots of room, and are easy to use. Would highly recommend pedestals, these units sit extremely low to the ground.

The Geek squad chose to use the existing hose to vent my new dryer because that hose was connected to the outside vent. I hope that my existing hose, which is several years old, maintains its integrity. The new hose that was part of the kit I bought was not used. I tried to use the dryer with the door opening from the left to the right, but since my washing machine is on the right of the dryer, it was a challenge to move wet clothes over the dryer door into the dryer. I had to make another appointment for the Geek squad to come out to change the way the door opens. I wish they had asked if the door opened the way I wanted it to open, and I could have told them to change the door before they left from installing the dryer. Other than that, they did a great job getting my dryer installed and working.

The installation was quick and effective. I have not had any issues with the product since it was installed about 8 months ago. For large purchases, the installation helps with peace of mind to know that it will be set up correctly the first time.

The installation guys were fast and efficient. Obviously knew what they were doing and capable. They removed the old appliance, gave us the opportunity to clean underneath before installing the new one. All in under 30 minutes.

He set it up just fine, but right off the bat he said he couldn't install the vent I purchased with it because it went too far up into the ceiling. Then he detached the power cord off my old unit and attached it to the new unit, instead of installing the new one I purchased (not sure if he thought I didn't see that... and he didn't leave me the new one to return). Then he said I hadn't purchased the better stainless steel hose for the steam function, which wasn't even offered to me as an option at purchase, but made it seem like it was a favor to upgrade me to the stainless steel over the "rubber" one that comes with the install kit.

The installers were friendly and courteous. They put the entire vent hose onto the dryer, when they probably should have cut some length out of it. They also crumpled the end of it a bit, making for less smooth and slightly restricted air flow. Also, be sure to request the old dryer to be hauled off while purchasing at Best Buy. I thought someone might want my old dryer, but they did not. So when the installers showed up, I asked if they would take it. They said they could not if it were not pre-arranged. Just an FYI there. Overall, the installation works, and the dryer functions well. One more thing...check and clean your dryer vent all the way to the exhaust. Mine was like a clogged artery and nearly caused my old dryer to catch fire! I"m going to check and clean that vent at least anually.

I believe I have already reviewed the delivery of the LG dryer and made a comment about the dryer itself. Installers were professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Other technicians returned a week or so later to replace the semi-rigid hose with a flex hose since the dryer has to be very close to the back wall in a small space. They also changed the swing on the door which I had requested when I purchased the dryer, but the first installers were not trained to do that. Both sets of installers were on time, professional, and completed their jobs quickly and easily.

So much easier having Geek Squad remove the old dryer and install the new one. I don’t have to do any hauling of dryers down stairs then hauling the old one up.

As part of the purchase we also included the installation of the dryer both techs were very pleasant and knowledgeable about how to properly install the dryer as one of the features is the steam. This requires the installation of a water supply line the dryer. The also reviewed basic operations and tested the dryer to make sure it was operating properly.

My dryer installation was also great the team knew exactly what to do they installed everything and turned it on to make sure it was working properly thank you so much again.

Great! I use and trust Best Buy installation. Had a washer and dryer installed. Had them haul away the old units. So easy.
