Give the delivery drivers better information to do

The drivers understood my sitution and hooked up my dryer! They were very polite!

It popped of twice, once when they installed the dryer and then again when I had to move the dryer a little. I do recommend installation by Best Buy because I have had them do so many things in the past.

Successfully handled a difficult installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our laundry space is very small, and has obstacles in the way that require lifting the heavy washer/dryer combination high up and over and around the obstacles, and contortions to get it to fit. The installer had to be a contortionist to get behind there and then crawl out through a narrow space in the top of the space. The installers cheerfully did it without complaint.

Quick installation

He actually called a few times to update his status . Once they finally arrived, the installation was quick and orderly. I would have given a 5 star, but they were 3 hours late.

Best Buy install team is amazing!

Overall, the delivery guys did an amazing job and didn't damage anything. We received top-notch service and really appreciated it! I recommend Best Buy to setup your appliances!

Both were delivered on time and ready for installation. Delivery was postponed when apartment was not ready and rescheduling was easy
