Dryer hook up

The personnel performing this act were very pleasant and professional. I will continue to buy from Best Buy.

They were efficient and asked my opinion on the placement of the washer & dryer I had purchased. Tech also explained how the items I bought might differ from other washers & dryers.

I wish also Amazon had a service like these guys! 5 stars!!

Disappointing installation and delivery

Never hooked up the vent which caused the dryer to not work. Had to complete the installation my self. Not pleased with the experience.

The only good thing about the delivery. They were quick and showed me the basics and done

Great install job in minimal time

Almost waited too long, Best Buy was only business offering pedestals for our washer/dryer. Manufacture had stop manufacturing the pedestals for our models.
