Dryer is great. Friendly and efficient nstallers noticed a finish issue and alerted me at the time, which was great. Said they would order me a new one to be installed the following week. I called in a few days just to make sure and they hadn't ordered it. :(

The dryer is very efficient and it is what we expected for the price. The geek squad took five times before a machine arrived with no damages. Overall i do recommend this product.

The guys called and showed when they said they would. They got it all done within 30mins after arriving. Can beat that with it being so hot outside!!

I love the dryer, the installation not so much! It took them a few times to get it right. They didn't hook up the steam function on the dryer and had to come back. The installers were nice but I think they needed to be better trained.

These tools made everything ao easy to set up! Handy and useful for new appliances if installing on your own.

Two men arrived in a rented truck. They were dirty, did not maintain social distances and removed their masks at times. They removed the old dryer and brought in the new one with no problem. It only took them supposedly 15 minutes to do the installation. They turned the dryer on and told us to let it run for 40 minutes. After 5 minutes we noticed the laundry room was very warm. I looked behind the dryer and saw that the vent was not attached to the dryer so that the dryer was just blowing hot air into the laundry room. Also, the water hose (this is a steam dryer) was leaking at the faucet. I called the installers and they would not answer their phone. I called the store and they told me to call customer service. I was on hold for over an hour to an off shore center. They told me it would be at least 4 days to get someone out. I then crawled behind the dryer on my 70 year old knees and tried to connect the vent. In so doing, I dented the hose and did a so so job with the connection. I also detached and then properly attached the water hose. I called best buy repeatedly (over 5 hours on hold) and they would never send someone to correctly install the dryer. The store kept hanging up on me. Their final solution was to give me a credit on the vent. I also purchased a 5 year warranty -- what do you think that is going to be worth? By the way, the dryer works great.

Exceeded my expectations. The service guys were very friendly and overly accommodating! They were prompted and communicated through the entire delivery day. They ever did more than I had anticipated while they were there. Very respectful, polite and friendly. I would definitely use their installation services again!
