Quick and easy, my local Best Buy always handles things so well. My dryer was set up and I haven't had an issue since. I would recommend always having Best Buy setting things like this up and never looking back

Guy broke dryer door trying to reverse it! Took FIVE visits later w a replaced dryer and FINALLY th 5th guy could do it! But FIVE visits FIVE days off for Best Buy to find someone who could fix it?’!?!

My installation was straight forward. No old unit to remove and easy access. The techs were efficient and courteous. Not reflected in the rating was the poor scheduling. Multiple cancellations and broken communications. Best Buy puts up barriers to their delivery vendors helping the customer when things on their end go wrong.

The Geek squad crew that delivered and installed our dryer were courteous, efficient, and professional. They were neat and very conscientious of COVID-19 rules. The dryer is wonderful and Mike did some prep work for the upcoming installation of the washer.

Why would you DIY with a 220 v product that could do serious damage if you don't get it right? The pros from Best Buy will also alter the direction of the door for your convenience--in my case, there was a problem with the door seal, so the pros figured it out and got me a replacement. Happy to let those who know how do it.

Again the guys were really good and did a great job hooking it up. Explained that I could return the dryer kit since mine goes up the wall to the ceiling and out to the outside vent. Also, ran it and explained that the smell would be there since it's new for at least one more load or two but would go away.

They called me an hour prior to arriving to confirm and when they got to my place, they installed it within 15 mins.

Appreciated the timely phone calls and follow-up from BB regarding my order. The delivery was well communicated which is important during a busy season (holidays) and busy lives in general. We ordered a different appliance from another store and the delivery process was not nearly as good or as efficient as the process with BB.
