Installers were fantastic, showed up on time, called on their way, very friendly and efficient, they were in and out quickly but offered to answer questions. Could t ask for a better crew!

Profecient and fast in installing our pedestal great job

The Geek Squad were timely and very professional! I am not use to having other people come in and install products due to my husband has always been able to do this for me. This year he was not able to install a new dry. No regrets with using the Geek Squad.

The gentleman who brought us our new dryer were respectful and professional. As they brought in the new machine and hauled out the old they showed that they were willing to help us in many ways. Thank you for sending us excellent ambassadors of Best Buy to help us.

They first installed this steam dryer without hooking it up to water so the steam functions did not work. We had to figure that out and call Best Buy. Once we figured out how to contact Best Buy they sent someone a full week later. These guys found that we were missing the steam kit, luckily they had one in the truck, and got it hooked up right. Everyone was friendly, but it was kind of a pain.

Everything went perfect with the dryer installation.

The dryer vent was bent on installation, and I'm not sure if that is a good thing. Other than that, everything works fine.

The Geek Squad really just did a great job with the installation of our new Whirlpool dryer. They were punctual, courteous, answered questions about using and caring for our new appliance, and installed it quickly, then were on to their next job … less than an hour and our new dryer was working perfectly!

They had the right parts and installed the dryer and vent quickly. Plus they gave a quick tutorial on how to use the new dryer. Great service.

The third party was very prompt and courteous when installing our dryer. Even though we had to find our own stackable kit and went out to purchase our own vent kit, they installed all of it in a return trip with no problem.
