Didn’t hook up back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So we had them install the dryer. They took a lot of time making sure it was level but didn’t make sure bent was tightened so we had lent everywhere. Guys were nice and quick though.

Dryer Installation

Two techs were sent to install the dryer. They were both professional, courteous, and helpful. The techs showed me how to operate the dryer.

They quickly removed old dryer and installed new one and attached the exhaust hose.

Efficient installation

The delivery man was running 30 min behind schedule which was no problem for me as he gave me a courtesy call to update me. He was professional and efficient while installing my washer and dryer. And showed me how to use all the features. Great experience. I will recommend Best Buy to everyone.

They are very efficient and explained how the dryer works before leaving. We were especially impressed by the care to maintain social distancing and that the installers wore masks at all times

Excellent Installation

They were very careful not to damage anything when bringing the dryer to my second level location. The installed it quickly and were friendly and filled with information about what they were doing an how to operate the dryer. Best Buy has a team of excellent installers!

They did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer and even took the old ones out for us. They took time to show us how they work and didn’t leave until they made sure they were working fine and that the installation was done properly. I will definitely recommend them.
