Great Delivery and Installation by Best Buy. We already had purchased the dryer metal vent hose and they did not try talking us into a new one. We even received credit back from Best Buy for the hose we did not use. Will definitely use them again.

The delivery was a success. Both guys did an amazing job going up and down the stairs. They were honest and reliable. They were on time and very helpful in also taking out the old unit. I highly recommend Best Buy for a washer and dryer.

Very quick and efficient. My basement is older with slightly uneven ground and they were able to level everything perfectly. I was given a quick demonstration of the machine after it was installed. They were in and out in 20 minutes.

Felipe and Omar were quick and efficient. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly. We requested for them to also install our washer as well.

The delivery came earlier than requested. The men didn't install the stackable part and gave no reason. The dryer was plugged in, and it works. The optimal cycle is long.

It looks like we're being asked to rate the installation, not the dryer. The installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. The efficiency of the dryer itself is less than excellent. The laundry almost never is dry after the normal drying cycle.

Geek Squad is always amazing! They were prompt, super nice, efficient and neat. Could not be happier with Best Buy’s Service team. Even in-store, they’re always super helpful and friendly. Certainly hiring the experts to do the job is the way to go, for sure. Would have taken us twice as long to install ourselves.

They came super fast even called to let us know they almost here and they was done and left in 15 minutes. I have to say it was easy and painless and they were really nice and courteous.

At the time of purchase they told me that they were in charge of the installation and not to worry, the washing machine is 110 and the dryer 220, when installing they realized that I did not have a connector for 110 ', there they told me that they did not do that and that I called the electrician. I called the electrician so I could install

The guys from Best Buy that installed our dryer are awesome! Just when we thought the depth of the dryer would prevent our laundry room door from closing, they found a way to maneuver the machine and air flow tube to make it work. They were very careful with the product and knowledgeable about it.
