BEST delivery service I've ever had!

They were right on time and did their work quickly. They were respectful of my property and were respectful of COVID restrictions. I would highly recommend these two men.

Not happy with Best Buy procurement process

Yes, after coming out 3X and 4 months, our GE washer & dryer were installed, ordered with two pedestals for under washer & dryer. Two were on the invoice for delivery. Only one ever showed up and then service department installed of one pedestal only. The washer-dryer were in our garage. Our Builder and my husband installed. Took a whole lot of patience to not be upset. Only time worked our purchase out.

RIGHT ON TIME

Once they were finished with the job, they took the time to go over the various features of the new dryer This got me acquainted with the machine so that I did understand the manual when I read it. Kudos Best Buy for hiring such good knowledgeable people!!

Dryer installation was great

The installers knew what they were doing and there were no problems. They showed up as scheduled after a quick phone call prior to arriving. They were efficient and friendly and took care of business. We wouldn't hesitate to use Best Buy again for delivery, installation and haul away. Great job!

Quick install, professional service

It's not rocket science to hook up a dryer vent and plug a power cable into the wall, but those were just benefits of having the unit delivered to its operating location within the home. Courteous, professional, and was in and out in a flash.

I had to call a few times to find out how much longer, never did they call me. they were 5 hours later than our window. don't deliver on a Saturday.

Installation was not expensive, but it did ensure that everything was functional and compliant with acceptable code standards with the plug and exhaust pipe.
