Did a great job installing. Have had no issues at all.

Dryer installation went okay. The guys threw away or kept the Y that comes with the dryer that was supposed to be used for steam. I had to reach out numerous times to get them to come back and install it back with a steam kit. They said they would not charge me for that but did anyway. They sent made it right (kind of) by sending me a $69.99 gift card. What about the tax that I had to pay?!?

It works great. Would recommend to family/ friend.

Another great service from Best Buy! Guys were quick and even though I had a issue with them forgetting to switch the door for me, they sent another man out quickly and at no extra cost to fix the issue. Took all the packing materials with them which is always a plus!

At the beginning was very upset was told a certain time frame of delivery but said will be hour late. Anyway installer finally got there @ 5pm but he was a very polite, professional, helpful young man and he did apologize!!

The first dryer that was delivered did not work. They had to order a new one and have it delivered and installation was a breeze the installer was super helpful both time and getting everything taken care of.

They were at our home within 30 minutes from us receiving the call that they were on their way. You could tell that they've been doing this a long time as they knew what they were doing. They were fast, answered all my questions, and even went over how to use the products. I was quite pleased.

I was tired of trying to fix the old ventilation system (extra lint etc in the laundry area and just not feeling like there was proper ventilation). When the experts arrived, the install was quick and to this day it collects all lint/debris asuring me that the system is safe and efficient.

let me tell you I was hesitant if I should install myself or pay extra to have the Geek Squad come and install the washer and dryer for us. Well I am glad I chose them, the installation was extremely smooth and quick. They explained functionality of the product and everything was perfect. Highly recommend it!
