Great installation polite, honest and very fast, hard-working

These guys are second to none. They delivered and installed my washer and dryer the day and time they promised. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They checked with me every other day after the purchase to remind me of the day of delivery. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Had this done for our elderly neighbor. She insisted on having the dryer 'professionally' installed. Of course the delivery guys were great and hooked everything up for her. Plus they took the old dryer away which she was concerned about. She was happy with everything, so I was happy with it too.

Product is for a rental property so I can provide much input about the machine but the clerks at the store were very helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed by the technicians who delivered and installed the dryer. They were polite and respectful- traits that are not always seen nowadays.

The sales person told me my dryer would probably break down within 5 years so it was worth the purchase. My previous dryer lasted 7 years. They don't make things like they used to. My original dryer was over 20 years old.

They called the day before and told us we were the first ones scheduled for the next day so we knew exactly when they'd be there. The delivery people/installers were 2 very nice guys. They got everything in and hooked up quick and even showed us all the different buttons on the dryer.

Appliances were installed in a brief period of time.The delivery/setup men were exceptionally polite and explained everything they were doing as they completed each task. The operation of each appliance was explained to me before they left and demonstrated so I had no problems.i would definitely buy from them again.

Unit is huge and glad someone else was installing, although both installers did not speak English. The installers also took accessories that were suppose to be left with the appliance.

Installer could not install my electric dryer when I had paid for electric install. I had to get a electrician to come out for something Best Buy guys should of been able to hook up very disappointed in there service and this was not the only time had bad service. Bought a dishwasher about 2 years ago at a different address they could not deliver on the date promised had to take 2 separate days off Work at airport TSA again very disappointed Terrible appointment setup and or install

Installing the dryer was great, but not so much the dryer vent. I came home and found the box with the new dryer vent on top of the dryer, and they had just kept our old and beat up one attached. How to

They called me as requested on the day of delivery to confirm the time. The Best Buy team of installers were quick and clean getting both the dryer & the pedestal ready for the install. They brought it in and put everything together in under fifteen minutes. They took away the old dryer for a $15. Highly recommended.

Love this machine! Easy to operate and very quiet.

Sure I probably could have struggled and figured it out, but it was so much easier and smoother to have Best Buy install it. The dryer is stable which I like and I appreciated not having to take the elevator up to the 5th floor and wheel it by myself into the apartment. It's heavy!!! Thanks Best buy!

Favorite insulation is horrible but having someone carry install and everything’s done for you to start is awesome
